Brandon is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and just about anything outside. When not in the office or the woods he enjoys spending time with his loving wife and three dogs, all of whom are die hard Saints fans!!
Kara received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and her Master’s degree in Public Health from Texas A&M University and is passionate about the healthcare industry and healthcare reform in particular. She loves being part of our eyecare team and strives to serve our patients in every way she can. In her free time, Kara enjoys exploring Austin and the surrounding areas and finding the newest and best places to eat in town and works off all her meals hiking with her German Shepard, Koda
Megan is a native Houstonian who has lived in the Bryan-College Station area for over seven years. An artist and aspiring chef, Megan also enjoys spending her free time outdoors hiking. She plans to pursue a degree in Nutrition and Food Science
Angela wasn’t born in Texas, but she got here as quickly as she could. Raised in Dallas, she attended Southern Methodist University, where she discovered her passion – working with people and not sitting in a classroom. She has done it all, from teaching preschool to being a bank teller. She hosted her own radio program, “Dallas does Gallup”, on Classic Rock 93X when she fell in love with her now-husband and moved to Austin. She hung up her headphones and worked as a Patient Coordinator in the Medical Aesthetics industry for 5 years before making the transition to Brazos Valley Eyecare. She is excited to be part of such a great team!
Grace graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences. She is currently taking a gap year before she applies for physician assistant school. During this period of time, she is looking to gain more experience in the healthcare field to better understand the dynamics of the healthcare system. Grace enjoys exploring new places, trying new food, and spending quality time with her friends and family in her spare time.
Neyra is a senior undergraduate at Texas A&M graduating with a B.S. in Psychology and Neuroscience. She plans to pursue a doctorate in cognitive neuroscience and one day be a professor. In her spare time she loves watching documentaries, hanging out by the pool and traveling to places she’s never been.
Makala is currently in her senior year at Texas A&M nursing school. She plans on working as a traveling nurse after graduation and is excited to begin her career in the medical field. Makala is looking to gain experience in patient care and learn new skills that will assist her in her future aspirations. She enjoys any adventure she can find including rock-climbing, boxing and spending time with her friends, family and her favorite cat, Charlie.
Karina is a senior at Texas A&M graduating with a B.S. in Health and plans on becoming a physician assistant one day. She looks forward to gaining as much experience as she can at Brazos Valley Eyecare to further prepare her for the future. As a hobby, she likes to go for a run, swim, bake cheesecake, and go on road trips.
Larissa is a junior undergraduate from Texas A&M University currently studying Public Health. She is a pre-optometry student with hopes of attending the University of Houston College of Optometry. She enjoys traveling, eating Thai food, going to music festivals and spending time with her close friends and family.
Robyn is originally from West Texas, and is now a happy resident in the Bryan-College Station area. Her passion for serving others drives her pursuit of a degree in social work, with hopes to make a positive impact for the people of Texas.
