My husband and I had insurance issues and the ladies at the front Desk help us out the best they could. Once everything was handled with insurance they remembered us and gave us an appointment asap. Very friendly ladies at front desk and doctors. We got in and out fast. I received my glasses and a pair of contacts that day ( that doesn't mean everyone will). Just excellent service all around. Every question I had the doctors answered. They showed me pictures of my eyes and explained what everything was. Happy client ?
