Dr. Michael Moulder grew up in northeastern Ohio and made Texas his home in 2004. He earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from Texas A&M University in 2010, followed by graduating Magna Cum Laude from The University of Houston College of Optometry in 2014.
As a licensed therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, Dr. Moulder has a special interest in fitting specialty contact lenses, co-managing LASIK and cataract surgery, and managing ocular diseases such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, and dry eye syndrome.
Dr. Moulder is passionate about providing comprehensive eye exams and helping patients understand their individual eye health. Known for his friendly and approachable manner, he takes time to explain exam results, discuss treatment options, and answer any questions – ensuring every patient feels informed and comfortable.
Dr. Moulder is excited to be back in College Station, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and their three children. When he’s not at the clinic, you’ll often hear him cheering on his favorite team – Gig 'em, Aggies!
